1. Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using Endless Storytime ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use Endless Storytime.

2. Description of service

Endless Storytime is a free service that creates personalized audio stories and illustrated storybooks for children ages 2-5. Each story is generated using artificial intelligence based on information you provide about your child (name, age, appearance, preferences, scenario). Stories may be delivered as audio, in-app reading experiences, or downloadable PDFs.

3. Free service and limits

Current access

Endless Storytime is currently free, with no ads and no new subscription purchases. To keep the service reliable for families, usage limits may apply, including daily audio story limits, monthly custom scenario limits, monthly storybook limits, and account limits for children and companions.

Legacy billing

  • New subscriptions are no longer available.
  • Historical billing records, cancellation handling, and payment support may remain available for families who previously subscribed or made paid purchases.
  • If you need help with a legacy subscription or charge, contact hello@EndlessStorytime.com.

Service changes

  • Features and limits may change as we improve the product based on family feedback.
  • We will not start a paid subscription or in-app purchase without your explicit action.

Support

If a story has a significant quality issue (e.g., the wrong child name, garbled text, failed illustrations), please contact us at hello@EndlessStorytime.com and we will do our best to regenerate the story or make it right.

4. Content ownership

Your stories

You own the stories we create for you. You are free to download, print, share, and use your personalized stories for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may print copies for family and friends.

Our platform

The Endless Storytime platform, including its design, code, underlying story templates, illustration styles, and AI pipeline, remains our intellectual property. Your license to use generated stories does not grant rights to our platform or generation technology.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, we may use them to improve Endless Storytime without obligation to you.

5. AI-generated content

Stories, illustrations, and audio narration are generated by artificial intelligence. While we work hard to produce high-quality, age-appropriate content through our multi-stage review pipeline:

  • AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inconsistencies, or unexpected output.
  • Illustrations are artistic interpretations and may not perfectly match your child's appearance.
  • We do not guarantee that every story will meet every family's standards or preferences.
  • If you receive a story you are unhappy with, contact us and we will work to make it right.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or inappropriate for children.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service or its underlying technology.
  • Use automated tools to bulk-generate stories or extract content.
  • Provide false information about your identity or your relationship to a child.
  • Share your account credentials with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service availability

Endless Storytime is an early-stage product. We work hard to keep the Service running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Occasionally:

  • Story generation may take longer than expected due to high demand or technical issues.
  • The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.
  • Features may change as we improve the product based on family feedback.

We will do our best to communicate any planned downtime in advance. If a story fails to generate, we will re-attempt it when possible.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information and your child's information.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endless Storytime and its founders, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $0 if you have not paid us.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
