Frequently asked questions
How does it work?
You tell us about your child — name, age, what they look like — and choose a scenario. We write a personalized 8-page story, illustrate it with your child as the main character, and deliver it to your library and your email.
What ages are the stories for?
Ages 2 through 8. You can adjust the reading level for each story, from simple repetitive text for toddlers to richer vocabulary and longer sentences for older readers.
How long does it take?
Most stories are ready in under 10 minutes. You will receive an email when your story is ready.
My story hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it has been more than 30 minutes, email us at hello@endlessstorytime.com with your child's first name and the scenario you selected.
Do I need to upload a photo?
No, photos are optional. You can describe your child instead — skin tone, hair color, eye color, and any distinguishing features. If you do upload a photo, it is used only for illustration reference and is never stored on our servers.
Is my child's information safe?
Yes. We are COPPA-compliant. Photos are never stored on our servers, and we never sell or share your data. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
What format are the stories in?
Each story is delivered as a beautifully formatted PDF — perfect for reading on a tablet or printing at home. Every story is saved to your library and sent to your email.
What is the library?
A growing collection of every story we create for your family. Your child can revisit their favorites anytime, and new stories can reference characters and details from previous ones.
Can I order stories for more than one child?
Yes! Your plan includes 3 custom characters — enough for siblings and cousins. Each story is personalized for the child it features.
Can I share stories with grandparents?
Yes. Every story is delivered as a PDF — forward it to anyone. The library is private to your account, but the stories themselves are yours to share.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your account settings, or email hello@endlessstorytime.com. You keep access to your library through the end of your billing period.
Can I get a refund?
If something went wrong — wrong name, illustration issues, garbled text — we will regenerate the story or issue a credit. Because stories are created and delivered instantly, we cannot offer refunds for completed orders, but we will always make it right.
